Foot reflexology also helps reduce anxiety by promoting relaxation, easing aches and pains and reducing the harmful effects of daily stress. It’s an invaluable aid to our emotional and physical equilibrium.
Hand treatment
Stimulates reflex points on the hands, relieves stress and stimulates self-healing. Excellent for people who work with their hands. A treatment for the hands is not something we think of offering ourselves, and it’s just as beneficial because all the reflex points are also found there as in the feet. In addition to being relaxing, natural and effective in preserving our balance and well-being of body and mind.
